The following methods of payments are non-refundable, and refunds will be posted as credit to the hosting account: :

* Cheques / Demand Drafts / Pay orders

* Cash Payments

There are no refunds on administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases. Refund requests for shared and reseller accounts after the initial 14 days will not be entertained. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund.
